Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Utilize standardized assessment tools
Create individualized treatment plans
Set measurable goals for individuals
Deliver therapeutic interventions in various settings
Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Work with a multidisciplinary treatment team
Participate in community outreach
Provide immediate support in crisis situations
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families
Eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Must secure supervision and be in pursuit of licensure
Must live within 100 miles of the office
