Job Description
Join Citizens as a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager, leading a team to enhance mortgage sales in the New England region. Drive growth initiatives, establish policies, and ensure exceptional customer service while developing talent within your team.
Key Responsibilities
Establish internal policies for loan relationship management
Direct, motivate, and evaluate loan service team members
Supervise the New England team and identify training needs
Oversee loan servicing lifecycle activities
Maintain relationships with vendors and IT department
Communicate with management and maintain professional relationships
Forecast monthly closing goals
Maintain superior customer service levels
Required Qualifications
10 plus years Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
Extensive in market experience for the New England region
Proven ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers
Ability to coordinate across the enterprise with 10+ business lines
Understanding of corporate and division performance standards
Compliance with Mortgage Loan Originator requirements of the SAFE Act
