Job Description
Launch your career in education as a Teacher Aide, supporting K–12 special education students. Work closely with classroom teachers to enhance student learning and well-being in a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in the classroom with academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher, or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Past work experience in a school setting with children with special needs
