Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where you will lead the design and improvement of manufacturing processes. Utilize your expertise to develop solutions that enhance production efficiency while collaborating with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and improvement of manufacturing processes
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Support manufacturing with process troubleshooting
Lead non-conforming material analysis
Drive Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide technical support to manufacturers
Develop and implement process control and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading teams/projects
Technical documentation interpretation
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience with automated tooling and programming
