Key Responsibilities
Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed and ready to work.
Provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers promptly.
Maximizes sales potential through effective procedures for prepping and stocking product.
Follows health and sanitation procedures and maintains a clean working environment.
Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
