RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12.5-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Block schedule approved with every other weekend required
• Holiday work required
• 13-week assignment duration
• Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
• Care for cardiac telemetry patients with focus on heart failure patients
• Interpret telemetry strips, administer medications, complete charting assessments, and participate in bedside shift report
• Must be comfortable with cardiac drips that are NOT titrated
• Patient ratio: 1:5-6
• 24-bed unit
• Floating to other units required
• Navy scrubs required
• EMR system: Cerner
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, Indiana state license
• Must be located greater than 50 miles from facility - local candidates not accepted
