The Opportunity As an Event Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of a wide range of high-quality events for our clients and internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Events & Marketing team, you will contribute to the coordination, planning, and execution of event activities — ensuring all operational elements are delivered seamlessly and with professionalism. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of event production and is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in events, marketing, or client engagement within a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, client meetings, exhibitions, activations, and team functions Assist with pre-event logistics such as venue sourcing, supplier coordination, catering arrangements, transport scheduling, and guest communications Provide on-the-day support at events, including registration, setup, guest liaison, and troubleshooting Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and distribute event materials and marketing collateral Help maintain project documentation, checklists, timelines, and schedules Assist in gathering feedback and post-event metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated and adaptable individual with a proactive attitude and a keen interest in events and client engagement. You should be equally comfortable managing logistics behind the scenes and representing the team at live events. Key attributes include: Prior experience in events, marketing, hospitality, or client services (internships and volunteer roles welcome) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a hands-on mindset Flexibility to support events outside of regular working hours, with occasional travel as required Why Join Sales Partners?
