Salary Range: $350,000 $400,000 annually
Bonus: $100,000 Sign-On + Relocation

Position Overview

Deliver personalized, comprehensive endocrine care in a modern, team-based clinic. You ll practice both traditional and progressive medicine, supported by strong clinical staff and state-of-the-art diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnosis and management for a wide range of endocrine conditions

  • Collaborate with peers across specialties to create patient-first care plans

  • Explore innovative approaches in endocrinology, including metabolic and hormone therapies

  • Educate and support patients on long-term wellness and lifestyle care

Candidate Profile
  • MD/DO with Endocrinology Fellowship

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology

  • Eligible for Wyoming medical license and DEA registration

  • Committed to patient-centered, forward-thinking care

  • Willing to relocate (not a travel or remote role)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $350K $400K (based on experience)

  • $100,000 sign-on bonus + relocation support

  • Employer-paid health insurance with low deductibles

  • Additional coverage: life, disability, accident, cancer, hospital indemnity

  • 401(k) with 6% employer match

  • 6 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays + 7 sick days

  • CME: $5,000 + 5 days annually

  • ️ Malpractice coverage: $1M/$3M (employer paid)

  • ️ Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
