Job Description
Join Sevita as a Program Supervisor, where you will lead a dedicated team to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care
Facilitate community involvement and provide transportation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
