Key Responsibilities
Analysis and presentations for complex optical or material design activities
Coordination of performance trade studies during program design phase
Analyze, research, design, and develop materials and fabrication processes
Perform requirements development and test data analysis
Some travel required (~25% of time)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field
9 years of professional experience or 7 years with a related Master's degree
Experience with LO system design, integration, testing and verification
Experience with optical materials and coatings
US Citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RCS Analysis
Experience with LO materials development
Active Top Secret security clearance
Experience with Passive and Active EO IR systems
Experience with CAMEO/MBSE
