Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with compassionate, evidence-based outpatient services. You'll manage communications, appointments, and documentation to ensure clients receive the support they need in a culturally affirming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, return, and screen calls/requests
Collect and scan documentation and co-pays
Check clients in/out
Schedule and confirm appointments
Document service provided in client chart
Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms
Communicate with clients regarding appointments and documentation
Perform routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
