Key Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain customers
Protect company assets
Direct contact with customers regarding lease renewals
Counsel customers on benefits of timely payments
Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals
Document customer appointments
Maintain updated customer information
Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries
Perform responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager when directed
Safely operate company vehicle
Load and secure product in company vehicle
Clean and certify merchandise returns
Maintain vehicle maintenance records
Assist the Sales Team as needed
Required Qualifications
Position routinely requires lifting, loading and dollying merchandise 50-300 pounds
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Strong telephone etiquette
Good organizational skills
Professional groomed appearance
Good driving skills
Ability to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pm
Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification, and valid Driver's License
