Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Patient telephonic outreach to schedule patients for health events
Collect and verify demographic information and insurance eligibility
Timely notification and reminder calls for upcoming appointments
Follow-up with patients to reschedule appointments
Enter dispositions for all calls in the system
Monitor patient call frequency to avoid excessive outreach
Use telephonic software for outreach and inbound calls
Follow approved call script for outreach calls
Support individual providers with scheduling requests
Direct and follow-up on patient messages and concerns
Meet established daily productivity goals
Maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in communicating and providing customer service, both in person and via phone
1+ years of experience with general office procedures
Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft applications
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of related work experience including data entry
ICD 10 and CPT coding experience
Prior experience with EMR computer applications
Bilingual – Spanish/English
