Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to work remotely, assisting clients with tax preparation using TurboTax products. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of paid tax experience and an active CPA, EA, or attorney credential. Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers via video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
