Immediate responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the day-to-day management and oversight of new business with sports teams and leagues opportunities for BetMGM. Along with the procurement of all hospitality only assets for our VIP team. Develop strong relationships with potential team and league partnership clients Proactively analyse new markets and where future business opportunities may lye Lead day to day negotiations for BetMGM new business opportunities Work with internal departments to understand business needs for future opportunities Maintain status documents for all partnership opportunities and VIP investments Facilitate and empower cross-functional stakeholders to leverage partnerships to maximize impact of across the business Timely response to internal team requests for business development opportunities Keep current all hospitality assets in cloud-based platform for internal team member visibility Work closely with Hospitality team to ensure contractual tickets and experiences are used for our VIP customers Frequently produce executive level recaps and reports Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time 4+ years of experience working in a similar field (Professional Team, League, Agency, or Brand) Strong business development negotiation skills Knowledge of online gaming, including sports betting and fantasy sports Commercial focus with experience analysing and presenting findings Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize Highly organized as well as ability to be highly flexible in a fast-paced atmosphere Proactive self-starter, able to identify projects and tasks, and see them through execution Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
