The Senior Project Manager will lead multi-craft, joint venture, or EPC projects worth over $200 million, overseeing all aspects including safety, quality, and project controls. This role requires extensive travel across the U.S., with an opportunity to make a significant impact in the heavy industrial construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage entire site management team
Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
Champion Corporate Safety Plan and develop site-specific safety plan
Monitor project progress and identify productivity problems
Lead jobsite safety reviews and training
Manage project recordkeeping and correspondence functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and construction management
11 years of construction field experience
Experience in heavy industrial construction in industries such as fossil power generation, mining, metals, and heavy manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs
Ability to read and analyze engineering plans and specifications
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
