Join Kaiser as the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Practice, where you will lead and improve clinical practices to enhance patient care and service quality. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure compliance with regulations while driving operational excellence across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Contributes to the overall development of programs and services in ambulatory practice
Directs the coordination/integration of outpatient services
Acts as a consultant to the Medical Group Administrative Team
Participates in formulating, implementing, and evaluating business plans for ambulatory care services
Maintains knowledge of best practices and regulatory requirements
Builds effective relationships with physicians and staff
Leads implementation of special initiatives and compliance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in management of ambulatory care or other related clinical area
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse License (California)
Demonstrated ability to utilize interpersonal skills, communication, leadership, planning, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of applicable federal, state laws and regulations related to health care
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a Labor-Management Partnership environment

Labor Management experience
ANCC Certification Ambulatory Care Nurse
Masters degree in health services administration, nursing, management, or business administration OR two (2) years of experience in patient care/clinical services
