Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you will be the face of the branch, helping customers with their financial needs while building lasting relationships. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be key in providing tailored solutions and support for customers' financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide financial recommendations and solutions
Assist customers with personal financial goals
Introduce customers to digital banking options
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success with building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Recognized ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and able to multitask
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Comply with SAFE Act requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
