Job Description
Join Quill, a part of Staples, as a Territory Sales Executive focused on driving revenue growth in Philadelphia. Leverage your sales skills to create meaningful customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospects
Create engaging presentations to drive prospect engagement
Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
Create custom pricing solutions for high growth customers
Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed sales quotas and metrics
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Seek continuous improvement and absorb coaching
Positively impact team culture and collaboration
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
4+ years of field sales experience
Required travel within territory, approximately 50% travel
Ability to cover territory of Philadelphia, PA
Preferred Qualifications
6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Proven business development experience
