Job Description
As the General Manager at Crash Champions, you will lead a high-quality collision repair service operation, ensuring excellence in production, teammate support, and customer service. Your role includes managing shop throughput, meeting revenue goals, and developing talent within your team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs
Manage labor assignment and production
Support teammates during peak times
Monitor and attain production goals and standards
Complete shop payroll and staffing
Manage daily production flow
Write DRP compliant estimates
Team acquisition, coaching and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software (CCC ONE)
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license
