• 7 - 10 new IP consults daily with 15 follow-up patients
• Primary stroke center with neuro transfer ICU and step-down unit
• Dedicated NP support for IP coverage
• EMR: Cerner
• General neurology with adult EEG readings and tPA administration required
• IP code stroke covered via telehealth with next-day follow up
• ED code stroke response during call shifts
