- ? Role : Registered Nurse
- ⏳ Assignment : 8–13 weeks
- ?⚕️ Supervision : LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
- ? Daily Duties :
- Patient assessments (physical, emotional, social, functional)
- Admissions, transfers, and care plans within 24 hrs
- Safety & fall risk checks
- Teaching, counseling, and family education
- Interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Medication & IV administration (including critical drips)
- Wound care, ventilator basics, and emergency response (Code Blue, CPR)
- Head-to-toe assessments every shift
- Lab/test review + notifying MD of critical results
- Documentation, discharge planning, and transfers
- Shift reports, huddles, and delegation to LPNs/aides
- ? Skills Needed :
- Central line care & drip regulation
- Critical thinking and fast response (SBAR method)
- Leadership and delegation
- Infection control + isolation precautions
- ? Behavior & Expectations :
- Always customer-service minded
- Team player with solid communication skills
- Committed to continuous learning and licensure upkeep
- Follows safety, infection control, and quality improvement policies
- ? Certifications :
- BLS ✅ (before first shift)
- ACLS ✅ (before first shift)
- ⭐ Experience :
- 2+ years bedside clinical (highly desired)
