Key Responsibilities
Schedule bakery staff
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the bakery
Communicate with staff, co-workers, and managers in a positive manner
Maintain open communication with bakery and retail staff
Train staff to produce quality baked goods
Monitor procedures for cleanliness and safety
Required Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
Team player
Preferred Qualifications
Previous bakery experience
