Shift Details

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Facility Overview

The Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, serving approximately 14,000 patient visits each year. Upon arrival, patients are screened by an Emergency Department Nurse to determine the severity of their condition and the appropriate course of treatment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience in a hospital setting
  • 3 months minimum travel experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • All certifications must be in hand to be considered for this position (including current Nursys, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS)
  • Permanent address must be included in the profile
  • Traveler must have their own vehicle

Time Off Policies

Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. A maximum of 5 days of time off will be accepted. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved.

Holiday Coverage

Travelers are required to work two of the following holiday periods:

  • Thanksgiving and the weekend following
  • Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the weekend following
  • New Year's Eve/New Year Day and the weekend following

  • Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
  • License/Certifications must be uploaded with the profile
