Job Description

As a Financial Services Representative II, you will be the front-line customer service associate responsible for creating a welcoming environment. You'll help customers with account services, provide exceptional support, and work closely with team members to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers in opening new accounts for commercial and consumer clients
  • Back up for the teller line and perform all teller duties
  • Provide customer service for lobby and phone requests
  • Research and resolve client problems
  • Participate in training programs to maintain and acquire additional job knowledge
  • Comply with all department and company policies and procedures
  • Assist in opening and closing the branch

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Minimum of two years banking experience
  • Customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree in business related field or two years related experience
  • Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals
