As a Financial Services Representative II, you will be the front-line customer service associate responsible for creating a welcoming environment. You'll help customers with account services, provide exceptional support, and work closely with team members to foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve customers in opening new accounts for commercial and consumer clients
Back up for the teller line and perform all teller duties
Provide customer service for lobby and phone requests
Research and resolve client problems
Participate in training programs to maintain and acquire additional job knowledge
Comply with all department and company policies and procedures
Assist in opening and closing the branch
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Minimum of two years banking experience
Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree in business related field or two years related experience
Experience working in an environment with individual and team goals
