MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Wytheville VA. Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to improve functional independence.
Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each patient’s needs.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, safety, and continued care.
Document all care provided in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Active VA OT license (or eligibility).
SNF experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
