Clinical Details:

• Examine patients and take medical histories
• Prescribe medication and manage In Basket messages related to patient care
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Perform Annual Wellness exams and complete post-hospital discharge visits
• Work setting: Clinic
• Age range of patient population: All ages
• Average patients per day: 18-22
• EMR: Epic Systems
• Support Staff: Medical Assistant 1:1

Requirements:

• Satisfactory completion of an accredited training program
• Current license in the State of California as a Family Medicine Physician
• Board Eligible/Board Certified
• Current BLS/CPR and DEA certifications
• Minimum of one year of clinic experience preferred
• Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
