Key Responsibilities
Perform various tasks to package chilled raw turkeys
Sort, box, label, and palletize packaged raw turkeys
Complete HACCP and other checks and record appropriately
Notify personnel of any equipment malfunctions or safety issues
Rotate through various functions within the processing department
