Estimated Weekly Salary

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,990 - $2,130

Med/Surg RN Job Details – Plymouth, NH

• Location: Plymouth, New Hampshire 03264
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (February 2, 2026 – May 4, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Unit: Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) – 18 beds
• Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric
• RN to Patient Ratio: 1:6 (nights)
• Dress Code: Traveler-provided scrubs (any color)
• Electronic Medical Record: Meditech EMR
• Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend and holidays as needed

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• ICU nursing experience strongly preferred
• Travel nursing experience highly encouraged
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
• BSN preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from Plymouth, NH

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and document patient progress using Meditech EMR
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant healthcare environment
• Work every other weekend and holidays as required by the nursing schedule
