Job Description
Join Columbia Mental Health as a Child and Adolescent Therapist, where you'll provide impactful therapy to children and families in a supportive environment. Contribute to a team dedicated to improving mental health care access and quality in diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with team members
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Experience in working with children and families
Provisional license per state regulation if required
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
