Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships
Provide exceptional client experiences
Engage with Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Collaborate with colleagues across different business lines
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking, wealth management or relevant experience
Experience with affluent and high net worth clients
Minimum of two licenses (SIE, Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66; Life and Health, Accident Insurance Licenses)
Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
Experience in client relationship management
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
