Pay Package (Weekly):
Tax-Free Stipend: $1,162.00
Straight Pay (Taxable): $640.00
Overtime Pay (Taxable): $0.00
Total Weekly Gross: $1,802.00
Job Description:
As an LPN in this long-term care setting, you will play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily medical and personal care needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring residents’ health and reporting changes to RN or physician
Assisting with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Documenting care accurately in patient records
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic resident care
Supporting residents and their families with compassion and professionalism
Qualifications:
MUSTY HAVE COVID VACCINATION
Current and active LPN license in the state of New Hampshire (or compact license)
Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
BLS certification required
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work varied shifts and adapt to a dynamic care environment
