Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support in accordance with individual service or program plans
Assist with personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, and community integration
Document progress and activity accurately
Administer medications and monitor health as required
Maintain professional relationships with individuals and families
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license in good standing
Preferred Qualifications
Six months of experience in human services preferred
