Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute high complexity activities regarding recipe management
Line manager of the RIC US/Canada PLM Specialist Team and Global Markets PLM analysts
Support ERP Transformation ensuring seamless PLM integration
Create PLM training materials and training for the RIC organization
Facilitate an environment that fosters innovation culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math field
5+ years of experience in R&D System related Process Workflows or relevant Digital system experience
Knowledge of Speed to Market business process
2+ years of line management experience
Experience with R&D data management
Demonstrated experience in leading multiple high complexity projects
Expertise with a recipe management system and interconnections between PLM, ERP and PPM processes
Excellent project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PLM and ERP transformation
Working knowledge of SAP PLM
Experience working with multiple geographical markets
