Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate knowledge of gerontological residents' needs
Direct and supervise nursing staff on assigned shift
Make administrative decisions based on facility policies
Ensure compliance with DHSS, OSHA, and nursing standards
Required Qualifications
Degreed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
Current RN license in the state of employment
IV Certified or willing to obtain within six months
CPR/AED Certification or willing to become certified within six months
Two years of long-term care supervisory experience
Three to five years of long-term care experience or similar nursing experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time and organize daily schedule
