Job Description
Join Action Behavior Centers as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where you'll provide essential case management and individualized care for children on the autism spectrum. Key Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum
Completing initial intake and recurring assessments using specific assessment tools
Collecting data and creating individualized treatment plans for each child
Providing 30+ treatment hours per week for clients
Providing Family Guidance on a consistent basis
Leading and educating a team of Registered Behavior Therapists
Collaborating with a team dedicated to ABC’s core values
Discharge and Transition Planning for children on caseload
Required Qualifications
Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month
Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families
Clinical Director candidates must be a certified BCBA for at least 3 years
