Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Rental Car Customer Service Associate and enjoy a hands-on role with immediate hiring! This part-time position offers outdoor work assisting customers during the rental process, with paid training and commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in the rental or return process on airport lots
Check cars and enter information in a handheld device
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return while providing excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
