Key Responsibilities
Addressing resident service requests promptly
Performing hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical work
Preparing market-ready apartments
Maintaining community grounds
Conducting regular community inspections
Reporting any concerns
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC equipment
Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Computer literacy and effective communication skills in English
Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Trade school certification/diploma
EPA Section 608 Type I, Type II or Universal certification
Residential or commercial property management experience
Hospitality or retail experience
