Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications under supervision
Monitor vital signs and document resident care
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
Support residents during meals and maintain a positive dining experience
Communicate changes in resident conditions to charge nurse
Provide housekeeping and laundry services
Required Qualifications
CMA II license required at time of hire
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 18 preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Maintains continuing education credits
