Join Green Bay Packaging as a Project Manager for Corrugated Displays, where you'll oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency while collaborating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Service multiple sales and house accounts as assigned
Estimate projects and analyze specifications
Prepare preliminary layouts and work directly with vendors for pricing
Create quote letters and manage filing system
Review job cost sheets for estimating future orders
Enter sales orders and develop Bill of Materials
Coordinate approvals and timing for print purchases
Oversee manufacturing process from concept to final output
Facilitate approval process for die, instruction sheets, cartons, labels, and shipping
Solve internal and external inquiries and complaints
Maintain production schedule for individual jobs
Maintain organized records of specifications and job information
Assist less experienced employees as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent math skills
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office

Previous work experience in manufacturing of packaging and displays
