Join MassMutual as a Practice Management Consultant, where you'll empower financial advisors by providing specialized guidance on acquisitions and succession planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as practice management specialist for acquisition and succession planning
  • Provide expertise on sourcing acquisition opportunities and exit planning
  • Assist with deal execution including due diligence and negotiation
  • Deliver presentations and workshops for advisors
  • Build business toolkits for advisors
  • Support Business Development team’s practice management coaching
  • Develop expertise in MassMutual’s advisor platform

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in financial services or serving small business owners
  • 3+ years of experience working with financial advisors
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time
  • Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • 2+ years of experience in acquisition or succession planning
  • Deep understanding of issues facing financial advisors
  • Advanced expertise in practice acquisitions and succession planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering consulting engagements
  • Strong presentation skills
