Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Paraprofessional and support special education students in a rewarding school-year role. Work closely with students to reinforce lessons and help them thrive in a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and individualized education plans (IEPs)
Support students individually or in small groups with self-care and social/behavioral needs
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
