Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care
Communicate with patients, team members, and management in an accurate, timely manner
Document care accurately and timely
Apply critical thinking skills and consider alternatives
Organize and prioritize tasks for multiple patient assignments
Advocate for patients and families
Incorporate teaching in delivery of care
Perform laboratory testing and POCT applicable to the FSED
Required Qualifications
NH Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license
Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum two years of critical care nursing experience
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course or PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
