Job Description

Join Staples as an Assistant Partnership Manager, where you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance awareness of Quill's business solutions. This role focuses on driving sales and increasing unique buyers in public sector cooperatives and commercial associations. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication, you'll play a critical role in various initiatives that support Quill's sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with partners
  • Manage vendor portals and audit content
  • Collaborate with marketing channels to increase awareness
  • Serve as the primary contact for contract support and onboarding
  • Train and facilitate sales teams
  • Support conference setup and attendance tracking
  • Conduct audits of Quill landing pages for accuracy
  • Assist in launching large buying group sales initiatives
  • Attend and support conferences as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable communicating with various audiences
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Adaptable to change and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to collaborate with both external and internal teams
  • Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
  • Office 365 and Adobe proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
