Job Description

Direct a team to drive results for key metrics by selling print solutions
Connect with customers to provide creative solutions and value-added print services

Required Qualifications
Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word
Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
Manage conflict in a reasonable and cooperative manner
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
