Site Investigation and Remediation Business Class Lead
Join HDR as a Site Investigation and Remediation Business Class Lead . This role is vital within our growing Site Investigation and Remediation Practice, working closely with the Resources Business Group (RBG) Professional Services Director, Practice Leader, and sector leaders on technical development, staff management, and project execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and effective communication within HDR's matrix organization.
- Identify market trends and develop strategic plans for your business class.
- Build and enhance technical expertise, manage risks, and support client development.
- Support the development of technology initiatives and knowledge sharing strategies.
- Promote industry engagement and collaborate across practice groups.
- Monitor business health metrics to drive success.
- Support the development of technical tools, standards, and practices.
- Coordinate strategic hires and support project delivery efforts.
- Refine technical leadership through project delivery and client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related; MS preferred.
- At least 10 years of environmental remediation project management experience.
- Experience managing diverse remediation teams and project delivery across multiple sectors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional registration and technical expertise.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
