Join OneMain Financial as a Consumer Lending Advisor, where you will empower customers by providing access to friendly and affordable financing. Develop your sales skills while building meaningful relationships and helping customers navigate their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals
Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process
Present financial solutions based on customer needs
Educate customers on loan terms and conditions
Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED

Sales experience
Collections experience
Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
