Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires
Properly install and repair tires
Complete necessary tire bay documentation
Maintain tire bay policies and procedures
Ensure a clean and professional tire bay
Provide knowledgeable service to members at the tire desk
Maintain accurate supply inventory
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license
Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance
Preferred Qualifications
Prior tire installation experience
Must pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire
