Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and appraisal process
Conduct vehicle condition assessments for customer appraisals
Check in and receive vehicles shipped to CarMax
Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards
Handle various administrative duties including transaction paperwork and cash/payment management
Create service appointments and review repair order invoices
Required Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Strong team behaviors including integrity, respect, inclusion, fairness and fun
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
Sales and customer service experience in retail
Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
