Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Perform imaging exams on patients from neonate to geriatric
Transmit images for diagnostic interpretation
Maintain hospital computer system with exam progress
Educate patients concerning exams and screen for allergies
Ensure timely completion of exams and minimize empty table time
Operate imaging equipment safely and properly
Review and repeat images as necessary for quality
Use computer system for managing exam orders
Required Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Completion of radiologic technology training
A.R.R.T. registration
General radiographer state license as required by state
Preferred Qualifications
Computed Tomography A.R.R.T.(CT) certification
